Find answers

When you place an order through Mojo Furniture's online shop, a purchase agreement is entered into when you click on ”Send Order”. A preliminary order confirmation will then be automatically sent to the email address you provided in your order. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us immediately.

In the order confirmation, you can check your order and your delivery choices. Orders are placed via www.mojofurniture.se.

Mojo does not enter into contracts with minors (under 18 years of age) without the consent of their guardian.

To be able to make a purchase on Mojo Furniture's website, you must accept the Terms and Conditions. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you agree to abide by them and confirm that you have read the information regarding personal data and have consented to the use of personal data and cookies in accordance with Mojo Furniture's Privacy Policy.

Product

All image information should be seen as illustrations and cannot be guaranteed to accurately represent the appearance and characteristics of the product. Mojo Furniture accepts no responsibility for any inaccuracies in the product information and reserves the right to change product information and prices without prior notice.


Is the item in stock or not?

Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page where possible. When ordering sofas, pouffes and headboards, the furniture is manufactured once the order has been placed. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.


Made to order/custom-made
The product is produced only once an order has been placed. For an estimated delivery time, please email info@mojofurniture.se.

We use Stripe  and Klarna and invoice as payment solutions.

You can pay by card, bank transfer, digital wallet, or invoice. .

Shipping

Mojo Furniture offers Shipping cost based on the weight of the total order and geographical location. You will see your specific shipping cost in the checkout once you have entered your address.  You can also select optional services such as carrying in and unpacking. The sum will then be added at checkout. You will find the delivery time for your order on your order confirmation.


Delivery

Once you have chosen a piece of furniture, please ensure you have measured at home to confirm that the furniture can pass through doorways and stairwells. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the products can be delivered to the specified location in your home. If delivery is not possible, the customer will be charged a fee of 490 SEK for a failed delivery.

Delivery times are based on the item with the longest delivery time. Deviations may occur, and sometimes items may be delivered at different times if they are sent from different warehouses. Please contact info@mojofurniture.se for more information on a specific order.

We deliver to all addresses in Sweden, except for areas not served by our carrier (xx) and islands requiring boat transport, with the exception of Gotland. If delivery requires boat transport, please contact customer service at info@mojofurniture.se So we'll help you find a suitable transporter.


Delivery error

Inspect the goods upon delivery. Check that everything is correct. At the time of delivery, you, the customer, must sign the driver's waybill, confirming that the delivery was intact, or report any damage. Should you, against all odds, not be home at the time of delivery, you will have waived your right to make a claim.

In case of damage, faults or defects, please report them immediately to info@mojofurniture.se. We will exchange or repair the defective product, or provide a replacement by agreement. Report within one week, otherwise the delivery will be considered accepted.

Return

Furniture and furnishings may be returned provided the product has not been assembled or used. For beds, sofas, tables, and chairs, for example, the legs must not have been detached and attached to the furniture in case of a return. To return a product, contact us in writing at info@mojofurniture.se. Clearly state in your message that you wish to cancel the purchase. Return the products in the same condition as they were received, including labels and original packaging. Please note that custom-made products cannot be returned.

Complaint

All our products are sold with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty and a 3-year right of complaint according to the Consumer Sales Act. More information about the right of complaint can be found on the Swedish Consumer Agency's website.

As the customer, you must sign the driver's delivery note at the time of delivery to confirm that the delivery has been received in its entirety, or report any damage. Should you, against all odds, not be home at the time of delivery, you have waived your right to make a complaint.

If you have received a product with production defects or factory faults, please send in pictures and documentation of any defects along with a description of when and how the defect occurred to info@mojofurniture.se.

If the claim is valid, the defect will be rectified by repairing or replacing the product.

According to the Swedish Consumer Agency, we have the right to primarily repair or fix the product. If the case allows, we can agree on other reasonable compensation in the matter.
